It is also important to know that the actual time of delivery on the day can vary.

How should I prepare my wall for a mural?

It is very important to ensure that your wall is ready for a wall mural. Correct preparation will result in an easier, more straight-forward installation so that your wall mural will correctly adhere to the wall. Please ensure that your wall is correctly primed and sealed before hanging your wall mural. For more details see our page - Install Your Mural.

All of our murals arrive on a roll. The roll will contain your panels. Carefully cut along the dotted cut marks for each panel and lay them out flat.

Before installing your wallpaper, you should draw a straight guideline down the wall by using a spirit level and pencil. This will allow you to line up your first panel straight. From here, you can continue butting up panels to ensure straight wallpaper.

How do I clean the wallpaper?

You can wipe-clean your wall mural. Simply take a clean, damp sponge or cloth and gently wipe using warm water. Do not use chemical detergents on your wall mural as this will risk ruining the image on the mural.

Will the wall be damaged when I remove the mural to re-decorate?

Our 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper murals are designed not to damage your wall when you remove it. This is as long as it has been installed on a wall that was correctly prepared.

This rarely happens, however, we are able to print individual panels if required. If this happens to you, please contact our team for assistance and we will be happy to help.

The lifespan of your wallpaper depends on the environment it is installed in. If there is chance of high footfall, opt for our clear coated 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper. If you are installing the wallpaper in a bathroom or kitchen where steam may be present, we suggest you don't opt for our 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper.
